When I called and asked about a new 1500 and getting a fair value for my trade, Lou told me to come in, and he'd make it happen. I'd heard those words from other dealers, and since I was driving from 1 1/2 hours away, I didn't want to waste my time. Well, Lou kept his word, and I left the dealership with a new truck and am very satisfied with the overall experience.
Some reservations. When I picked up my car the rear view mirror was hanging down and they weren't very concerned with taking care of the matter. It wasn't like that when I took it in. I ended up going to auto part store and buying adhesive and fixing myself.

This dealership accepted my vehicle quickly and repaired my window quickly as well. They were very nice to deal with.
The service writers are very knowledgeable and helpful I take both my units there for work. However a two or three hr wait time for an oil change and rotate is a little obscene. I've been a tech and I know there are circumstances that can hinder timely service. However I witnessed the lube tech taking his sweet time with no sense of urgency to try and get the customer in and out. Him and the new service manager seemed a little to worried about up selling rather than doing what needed to happen in a timely manner.
Nancy Marson is outstanding. She is front and center and the first service advisor I look for. Excellent reflection on the service department. Shout out to the outstanding mechanics, great work!

I had an appointment for 2 new tires, an alignment and an air filter at Chiefland Chrysler Dodge Dealership. My Service Advisor was Michele Thomas. I made my appointment with her when I had previously been there for an oil change a tire rotation. She is very helpful and knowledgeable and accommodating. I will be scheduling a tune up with her next month. This was a positive experience for me.

Came in for a Recall Service. Michelle was awesome. The team completed the service quickly and then washed my dirty truck! Free service and a free carwash! Plus there was popcorn! We got ourselves in a pickle when our hemi got the infamous tick. The parts department was phenomenal! They found us lifters all the way from a Texas dealership that had been waiting for an engine since 2014. We were down two weeks and thanks to them it took no longer than that. I wish the technicians would have helped with some instructions on the install as it was an older non mds but trade secrets I guess...that's really a different discussion. Was down from Massachusetts getting away from the water. We pulled our camper down for a month stay. We stopped at Chiefland and checked out there new used 2500's found we liked. Worked closely with the sales team . Came to a decent deal! Driving home now with our new to us 2024 Ram 2500, had only 26k Miles smells like new and pulled the camper like a champ! Thanks Chiefland! Service tech and service advisor not on same page. Don’t feel confident in evaluation of my vehicle. Fluids were not checked had to bring my car back to put coolant in. They were quick to advise on need for air filter and wipers but feel like they didn’t look at my car at all.
Service is always quick and they keep you well informed during the process they make it simple.
