Please don't misunderstand my review, I really enjoyed the process and I really liked the people at Chiefland Dodge, but I think I should have been better informed about the eTorque v8. I love my truck, but I might have bought one with the Hurricane. This point should be covered with the customer. Also, I think they should have pointed out the difference between having 360 camera's and just one and the fact that more cameras can't be added to the native system. I hope it becomes available in the future.

Have been a customer of Chiefland Chrysler for what seems like centuries, but has been at least 20 years. During that time have dealt with both sales and service departments. Guess that kinda speaks for itself, as I haven't gone anywhere else. There's a lot to be said for small town businesses with big town abilities.

Nancy was great when I called about my check engine light. She got me in on Monday after my call on Friday afternoon. Let me know what the problem was and when it could be ready for pickup. Part did not make it the next gay on the truck but did on Wednesday. She kept me informed with each change. She really is a great asset to your service department.
We were welcomed to the dealership by Lou Moll. Lou a lot of time with us researching vehicles that would meet our needs. He was patient and congenial. When I called and asked about a new 1500 and getting a fair value for my trade, Lou told me to come in, and he'd make it happen. I'd heard those words from other dealers, and since I was driving from 1 1/2 hours away, I didn't want to waste my time. Well, Lou kept his word, and I left the dealership with a new truck and am very satisfied with the overall experience.
Some reservations. When I picked up my car the rear view mirror was hanging down and they weren't very concerned with taking care of the matter. It wasn't like that when I took it in. I ended up going to auto part store and buying adhesive and fixing myself.

This dealership accepted my vehicle quickly and repaired my window quickly as well. They were very nice to deal with.
The service writers are very knowledgeable and helpful I take both my units there for work. However a two or three hr wait time for an oil change and rotate is a little obscene. I've been a tech and I know there are circumstances that can hinder timely service. However I witnessed the lube tech taking his sweet time with no sense of urgency to try and get the customer in and out. Him and the new service manager seemed a little to worried about up selling rather than doing what needed to happen in a timely manner.

We got ourselves in a pickle when our hemi got the infamous tick. The parts department was phenomenal! They found us lifters all the way from a Texas dealership that had been waiting for an engine since 2014. We were down two weeks and thanks to them it took no longer than that. I wish the technicians would have helped with some instructions on the install as it was an older non mds but trade secrets I guess...that's really a different discussion.
